I want to be graceful

I was given the privilege of modeling an authentic Kimono at Världskulturmuseet in Gothenburg for their Kimono runway show. (I just have to capitalize Kimono, I feel rude otherwise somehow.)

I am just blown away that I was even given this chance. I have made memories that I will cherish for life. I have never felt so pretty, graceful and pampered to to be honest. My make up and hair was professionally done and the Kimono was just breathtaking.

The dresser (it would have been impossible to dress on my own) told me that my obi-knot was tha hardest one to make amongst all which had me amazed. I felt like a dignified princess since I got such great posture. It is true that great clothes give you good posture because you are so proud of wearing them.

As for the runway show I had to walk with small graceful steps and it went really well.

I may get some more pictures online and maybe a video after my exams. (Exam hell starts next week...)

Thank you Världskulturmuseet for this opportunity- one small girl's dream came true; to be a princess for a day.
